Engaging in our political process, especially for the first time, can be an incredibly difficult path to navigate. For young people, women, people of color, LGBTQ people, and people from low-income backgrounds, the barriers to participate are even higher.
Blueprint Campaigns provides professional development support for emerging leaders from traditionally underrepresented communities: from campaign managers and volunteer coordinators, to current and prospective candidates, newly engaged volunteers, and those people who are just beginning to explore how to get involved.
We teach people how to organize progressive infrastructure in their communities and equip them with the framework and skills they need in order to succeed. By providing training, coaching, and strategic planning support through an educational lens, and connecting leaders to a statewide peer-to-peer network, Blueprint Campaigns makes getting involved in electoral politics easier than ever before.
